Built in 1997, ‘Les Pavillons’ has completely been renovated to be in perfect harmony with its exceptional site. It rises and embodies the possible and successful marriage between luxury hotels and respect of Mauritius environment. As one looks up, you face the Morne Brabant Mountain, majestic and protective, revealing itself.

Facing the sumptuous suites, an infinite immaculate white sandy beach, where the lagoon extends its wonderful view accompanied by the gentle sounds of lapping waves.

A subtle perfume, an original flavor, an authentic taste, quality products, a simple but elegant table…. flavors and softness at ‘Les Pavillons’. Through its restaurants, ‘Les Pavillons’ combines power and refinement of flavors. Each restaurant declines with originality and talent worldwide cuisine, Thai, Mediterranean, Mauritian… Wherever we are, the warm and refined settings satisfy the willingness for pleasure and softness.
From the veranda of the Nautilus which opens out onto the lagoon to the thatched roofs terrace of Obergine while going through the luxurious soberness of the Nipa and the show cooking of the Horizon, all the restaurants are a hymn for “Delicious Cuisine”.

The Main restaurant, international cuisine (à la carte, gala dinners and themed evenings) Sharing and discovery are the key words of the Horizon restaurant. Sharing by a show cooking that invites for an encounter with flavors, tastes and those who know how to appreciate a quality cuisine.
Discovery through alternation of thematic evenings, ‘a la carte’ dinner, buffet and other events.

Beach  Restaurant, Mediterranean cuisine. A perfumed cuisine which put forward the authenticity of Mediterranean ingredients: Obergine. Olive oil, basil and other aromatic herbs, naturally perfumed and tasty grills compose this ‘sun cuisine’. Obergine; this is a simple, healthy kitchen situated in open air, in a relaxed environment, away from the immense thatched roof, by the beach.

Lounge and bar,Mauritian food and snacks light lunches ,scones and delicious cakes at tea- times and refreshing cocktails at any time. Lunch and snacks fram 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. drinks from 10 p.m. to 01.30 a.m.
(12. p.m. - 6.00 p.m. and 10p.m. – 01.30 a.m.) By the shadow of a large
veranda near to the beach, the Nautile allows for some pleasant moment of relaxation around a Mauritian dish or some snacks.The set up and the wooden decoration, open to the light breeze, create a relaxed and soft mood for informal moments in between two activities. And the aquarium of three meters long approximately offers to guests a spectacular contemplation of our tropical marine fauna, extending thus this proximity with the sea. At night, The Nautile transforms into cocktail bar where music is offered most nights.

Four letters as simple as the cuisine of this restaurant; fine and varied. Nipa is a place for prestigious Thai gastronomy in which the luxury service underlines the elegant setting, the prestigious dishes puts in honor the treasure of its tastes and flavors. All beautiful, tasty; Nipa.

Ilot and Oasis
The bars Ilot and Oasis, open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for fresh fruit juice, refreshing cocktails and tasty pastries or other delicacies to nibble throughout the day.
