IThis restaurant is ideal for those who wish to experience the richly mixed culture of Mauritius. As on the superior bridge of a boat the RIVE GAUCHE is the main restaurant of Beau Rivage, open breakfast to dinner. The immense thatched roof confers to the restaurant a colonial elegance aiming at creating a unique ambiance.
It is the true culinary intersection of the hotel offering ‘à la carte menu’, gala dinner and thematic evenings, bringing up-front Mauritian cultures through different local flavors.

La Mediterranee
(12.30 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. – 10.30 p.m.)
La Mediterranée represents the ‘sun’ kitchen. On the beach, with a charming terrace reminiscent of the Mediterranean.  Characterized by Mauritian and Mediterranean cuisine mixed perfectly for the pleasant discovery of guests. Light lunch, barbecue, salads, pizza prepared on wood fire, accompanied with nice Italian, Greek, the south of France or Lebanon songs.
As soon as the night takes over the day, guests can have dinner with their feet in the sand, and why not with the fireflies sparkling on the lagoon!

Products of French origin, fineness of Asian preparations, and the subtlety of Indian spice, it blows in the air anatmosphere, reminiscent of small side colonies of the thirties. Innovation is a characteristic of this restaurant, aiming to constantly amaze our guests. Fusion also is a key aspect of this restaurant: the
saucepans heat, the ‘Chef’ has the precise gestures resulting in an unprecedented gastronomic discovery. We are in the gastronomic restaurant of the hotel, for the pleasure of a clientele looking for perfection. The Chef’s speciality is pan-fried foie gras that has never seemed so wonderful, and the Chocolate soufflé is divine. Open for dinner only.

The Langoustier represents, for its part, the sea Odyssey. The elegance, the idyllic panorama of this seafood restaurant, refinement and subtlety of his cuisine make it a very prized place. Here Seafood and gala evenings put in epigraph the treasures of the Ocean. This elegant seafood restaurant is set on its own terrace, overlooking the pool and the lagoon beyond and is perfect for a romantic evening.

Club Savanne
(4 p.m. - 1.30 a.m.)
Under an immense thatched roof, supported by wide beams of massive woods, the place is close to Africa. The club takes the name of its spaces "the club Savannah" the place where one likes to rediscover himself on the island. The comfortable armchairs call for relaxation before or after the dinner. It is the ideal place to appreciate an exotic cocktail or a cigar from Beau Rivage private collection.

Monsoon Lounge and Bar
(10 a.m. – 1.30 a.m.)
While merging the form of one of the arches of the swimming pool this bar is the true place of rendez vous of the hotel throughout the day. With view, on one side of the hotel, its gardens and the swimming pool and on the other the extensive crystal blue lagoon, where one shall adapt himself very quickly in such friendly environment. The atmosphere is colonial with furniture in rattan and an exclusive wood decoration, here, the expert waiter, shall delight you with a Pina-Colada. The islands cocktails are also very prized. While getting out of the swimming pool one can nibble a club sandwich or light dishes, at tea time the sins of the boss, scones and fruitcake, "English tradition" obliges!
